The Signets are unique passives granted by equipment.
Signets have their own skill tree on the first tab (along with the core and extra skills).
The most important detail regarding signets is that by wearing multiple pieces of equipment with the same signet, they will increase in level, enabling more unique effects.
A proper build will have signets that complement the properties of each build and bonuses granted by it.
