Work for the right person

Every hunter must do their part in the investigation of the current state of Orchestria, for this, a variety of quests can be handled, each with their own priorities.

Quests are found in many ways, some may also be found randomly just by checking some strange clue on the floor... It all depends on what you see.

You can also check Exploration for more relevant information.

Most quests cannot be repeated once finished.

Hunt Quests

Located in: Safe Zones, Dungeons

Reward: Badge of the area

These quests require you to kill a given amount of monsters, in an effort to make the area safer.

You will be rewarded with a unique Badge item, this equipment is the only piece you can add Boss cards to.

Hunt quests are straightforward and may be required to finish other quests in the area.

Badges are always account-bound.

Emergency Quests

Located in: Safe Zones, Dungeons

Reward: Boss Relic

These quests follow the Bosses of each area.

Grand Dungeons have emergency quests always in the Safe Zone.

Dungeon Emergency Quests vary in starting location, and may not always start inside the dungeon.

They are a small investigation that provides you with a Relic to summon a boss at the end as a reward.

Further Relics can be obtained as rare drops by monsters on each area by equipping the Badge related to them.

Relics are consumable items.

Dark Rose Quests

Located in: Every Dungeon


Reward: Themed Equipment

These quests are always handled by Lady Damarossa, a strange gorgeous woman that travels around Orchestria.

Known by most hunters for her craftsmanship of Dark Roses, she can be found on every regular dungeon in the game.

Damarossa will always request for a list of materials from the location in order to craft a Dark Rose for herself, while also making a themed item for the player.

These items are one-of-a-kind and should not be ignored.

Damarossa Items are not bound in any way.

Sage Report Quests

Located in: Every Dungeon, Every Grand Dungeon, some fields

Reward: Sage Report to exchange for a special item

The sages are a group of researchers from Nocturne, They study the anomalous state of the regions that were affected by the Luna Obscura.

Sages are responsible for the lore-focused research and usually require the player to solve a specific case or find information that explains what happened.

The player will receive a full report once the investigation is completed, which they can exchange for a special item from that region, which can be either special cards or unique loot.

The Sage Reports are character-bound. Rewards are not bound in any way.

Sirius COSTUMEnace Quests

Located in: Safe Zones

Reward: Cosmetics overall, usually costumes or dyes

He is responsible for the social and popular approval of the hunters, and for this reason, he worries that hunters must look good while doing good actions.

Sirius will have a large variety of quests, most times with your public persona in mind.

Rewards for these quests will most times include costumes, special dyes and other visual items.

Sirius Costumes are account-bound.

Lorelei Danger Quests

Located in: Every Dungeon

Reward: Varies

Lorelei will provide unique quests that have complex conditions to be cleared.

They can require specific conditions, need temporary equipment to be worn or have strict locations or limitations. They will always be combat or travel related.

It's important to note that they may require proper setup and preparation before they can be handled.

Lorelei rewards can vary in quality and use cases, usually providing unique equipment or cards.

Bounty Quests

Located in: Nocturne's Town Hall, Safe Zones

Reward: Area Currency

These quests require you to kill a larger amount of enemies and can be repeated as many times as needed.

They do not award experience or zeny, but award specific currency for the area they are in, to be traded for rewards.

They can be canceled at any time or completed and delivered to the appropriate person.

Area Currency is always account-bound.
