Tailor-made for you

The Weapon Forms are ways to customize the weapons you use in Luna Obscura.

Given that there is a limited arsenal of weapons for each job, and them being locked to the owner, the forms allow players to customize them to specific needs.

Be it a specific use case, a broad-use variation or a gimmick build, the correct weapon form can make the difference.

The Forms

Weapon Forms can be changed through the use of the gemstones, and they come in 4 versions:

Masterwork: Improve the properties the weapon already has, like attack and basic stats.
Bloodstained: Adds properties that push aggressive combat, like extra combo effects or synergies.
Expert: Adds unique aspects of in-depth systems like status interactions, conditions and others in exchange for major impact.
Prototype: Changes the weapon gameplay overall to provide a unique system or major change.

The current weapon form of an item can be identified by the small icon on the weapon itself, and it's unique description window visuals.

Weapon Forms can be changed anytime and have no restrictions on how many times it can be changed, as long as its requirements and costs are paid for.

Changing weapon forms can be done by talking to Inventor Brehem, located in the Cathedral of Blades.
